around for several years. Like S2L by Phone, CTC is used most often to
convert web-based traffic into direct telephone communication between an
end user and the business. The key point of difference is CTC is
initiated by the end user to request a call back from the business and
S2L by Phone is not.
S2L by Phone automatically initiates a call to
the business as a result of an online inquiry form being filled out and
submitted. When the business receives the call, the business is then
provided with the name and nature of the inquiry and prompted to press 1
to initiate an outgoing call to the lead.
