Speak2Leads (S2L) Launches New S2L Lead Response Platform

(San Diego, CA, February 22, 2010)  Speak2Leads (S2L) has completed the first phase of its new, scalable lead response management platform.  

The S2L Web-based, easy-to-use lead response platform is built on best of breed telephony, video, chat, and texting technologies, to allow businesses to respond immediately to hot Internet leads at the peak point of interest.

Quicker lead response times translate to more connections with prospects, better customer service, and increased conversion rates and revenues, explained Ronald Tamura, Speak2Leads' Chief Strategy Officer.

“Thanks to the Internet, consumer have come to expect instant responses to their inquiries, and they want the freedom to inquire via any channel they desire,” said Tamura. “The comprehensive line of S2L lead response tools allows any small- to medium-sized business to meet the increasing demands of the market, and generate more sales as a result.”

The first platform phase’s completion marks a significant milestone to support Speak2Leads' controlling position in the Lead Response Management (LRM) space.
