Maid Pro

BACKGROUND

With 150 locations across North America, MaidPro is a leader in providing professional, customized house cleaning. The company’s Boston office has no problem getting leads – in fact, dozens of web leads arrive every day. But MaidPro’s old manual system of lead response and follow-up was neither time-efficient nor effective in addressing these opportunities and converting them into sales. A change was needed.

SOLUTION

MaidPro sought out Speak2Leads and quickly signed up for Lead Response S2L. This tried ‘n true platform facilitates swift seller/prospect connection and significantly increases conversion rate. Lead Response S2L is employed in MaidPro’s call center, where company reps connect with prospects who’ve filled out a cleaning services request form on MaidPro’s website. Lead Response S2L ensures that a MaidPro rep is able to reach the prospect within a predetermined number of attempts to discuss services/pricing.

If they miss a hot lead the first time around, S2L reminds the call center reps to follow-up. In a busy call center, it’s super-convenient that reps receive regular reminders and only need to press one button to call their lead.

IMPLEMENTATION AND RESULTS

In the three years that MaidPro has been a Speak2Leads client, the company has seen a significant revenue boost. How significant? The company’s sales have grown 25%! That’s a big number, but it makes sense when you consider that with Lead Response S2L, MaidPro fields on average 1,000 calls per month, with a 95% success rate in reaching callers within four attempts. MaidPro has embraced Speak2Leads’ “set it and forget it” approach, and the company is producing at a much higher rate than it ever thought possible.

 

Debtmerica

BACKGROUND

The Debtmerica Relief team is committed to helping its clients attain financial independence by negotiating debt settlements to reduce the amount of their unsecured debt. Internet leads are Debtmerica’s main prospect source, and timely follow-up is crucial to its business.

CRM PUZZLE

Fond of technological solutions, Debtmerica used two other Internet lead response management providers before arriving at S2L. The first provider was slow, unreliable and short on features. The second provider transitioned to another provider that bundled the software with a proprietary CRM solution which required Debtmerica to maintain – and pay for – two full-blown CRMs. Enter S2L, proving true the old adage, “three time’s a charm”.

SOLUTION

S2L was selected because of its ability to easily integrate with Debtmerica’s CRM of choice. “We’ve been nothing but pleased since we implemented Speak2Leads. It never breaks and requires no troubleshooting, which means that our IT department loves it as much as the sales team does,” said Jarrod Bassin, Debtmerica’s Director of Sales.

RESULTS

Cutting back on CRM maintenance resulted in huge cost-savings. According to Bassin, S2L was up and running within two hours, and its implementation cost was “nominal, forgettable”. “I’ll be honest – I like working with them,” he concluded. “There have been no challenges in our relationship with Speak2Leads. Riide

BACKGROUND

Boston-based Riide, a fast-growing startup whose revolutionary electric bike has reached the pages of TechCrunch, re/code, The Washington Post, and several other well-known media sites, discovered S2L like many of our other clients have: through a referral. In this case it was a mentor at 500 Startups that referred Riide founder Amber Wason to Speak2Leads, a fact that has us walking a bit taller today. After all, nothing’s better for business development than a referral, because it means that our clients are benefiting from our lead retrieval software to such an extent that they’re sharing their experience with others.

People nationwide love Riide’s connected electric bikes, which lease for $79/month (including maintenance and insurance) and sell through Riide-branded stores. After launching its first bike on Kickstarter in 2014, Riide began looking for an innovative, reliable way to stay on top of their burgeoning sales side and their ever-increasing daily lead load. Riide turned to S2L, and for almost a year now they’ve leveraged S2L’s Lead Follow-up service to tremendous effect.

SOLUTION

Like many forward-thinking companies, Riide advertises its product on Facebook. Working in tandem with Speak2Leads, Riide offers prospective customers a free three-day trial on a Riide demo bike. When a customer completes Riide’s lead form on Facebook, the form is integrated with Speak2Leads’ Lead Response software. Every time a Facebook form is completed, S2L makes an automated phone call to a Riide team member’s cell phone, prompts them to “press 2” to call the lead, and connects the call so that the Riide employee can talk to the potential customer and schedule a demo. Riide currently has three team members working on a rotating schedule so that at least one person is covering lead response and follow-up at all times.

Riide has a penchant for responding to a prospect quickly, which makes S2L’s speedy solutions ideal for the company’s sales approach. Also, being able to automate its lead-response activity while still maintaining a highly personalized experience is an invaluable asset for Riide.  In fact, shortly after signing on and incorporating S2L into its sales funnel, Riide quickly sold out its existing inventory. Even better, 50% of people who demo a Riide electric bike become purchasers, and a big reason for this is S2L’s ability to help Riide convert a Facebook ad lead into a scheduled demo. It’s a straightforward-yet-effective approach that’s provided a big boost to Riide’s bottom line.

RESULTS

Link Interactive

BACKGROUND

Founded in 1952, Link Interactive is a trusted name in the security field, particularly for DIY security equipment. Homeowners can confirm their needs and budget and then tap into Link’s affordable, top-quality security products suite. The company gets a lot of web leads, but its sales team was constantly busy and lacked the ability to track and follow up with hot prospects. Consequently, many opportunities were falling through the cracks. The company learned about Speak2Leads through the Unbounce dashboard and contacted us for help.

SOLUTION

Link Interactive came to Speak2 Leads with two software platform “must-haves”: the ability to follow-up with a lead five times, and seamless integration with Salesforce.com. S2L Lead Response’s flexible approach, complete with customizable parameters, allows them to do both. T

he synergy with Salesforce.com means that every lead’s contact information is delivered directly to Link Interactive’s sales team. The entire setup is exceptionally efficient, especially since every salesperson is privy to S2L’s Lead Performance Dashboard, giving them a real-time view of their lead response and follow-up progress.

RESULTS

After just two months with Speak2Leads, Link Interactive has enjoyed a nice spike in sales, and response time + follow-up frequency are optimum. On an average day, the company’s sales team connects with 50% of its web leads; on a good day, connection percentage jumps to 90%, especially for calls 2 – 5. Link Interactive was so thrilled with Lead Response S2L’s impact that they recently began using S2L Texting, which supplies lead contact information to a salesperson’s cell phone as well as their computer. Not surprisingly, the company has expressed interest in other Speak2Leads solutions in order to further enhance their bottom line.

 

Legal Directory

BACKGROUND

A prominent online legal directory helping people locate qualified lawyers and firms wanted an automated lead response system that could help its advertisers field as many leads as possible.

SOLUTION

The client had complex needs: they desired a sophisticated phone tree that would not only route leads telephonically by geographic location, but also prioritize them amongst the attorneys working in that location. After approaching several other lead response management companies, all of whom deemed the project too complex, the directory approached S2L. “Not only was Speak2Leads enthusiastic about taking on such a complicated project, they created the phone tree for free as part of their 30-day trial,” the directory owner said. “I didn’t think response time would be that big a deal, but upon implementing Speak2Leads’ system our advertisers experienced a conversion explosion.
