Multi-channel Follow-up with SMS or Email

Option to send messages based on various rules for example:

  • Immediately after lead submission and 30 seconds before 1st call attempt with a prompt that the call is coming.
  • After 1st call attempt, if there is no connection with a link to more info and phone number to call back.
  • After subsequent attempts with a message of your choice.
  • Tag call after lead hangs up with press 5 and trigger a corresponding message or campaign.
