Set unique schedules based on the lead call type.
For example, you can have one schedule with unique hours and phone numbers for Fresh Leads and another schedule with different hours and phone numbers for Reattempts
Fresh New Leads:
These are the leads that arrive during business hours.
After Hour Leads:
These leads arrive outside of business hours.
They are the leads that have not been connected to and subsequently generate follow-up calls for reattempts.
