There are two options available to ensure that your leads are called during normal business hours in their respective timezone:
- Route calls based on a specific field that is captured on your web form. Leverly can assign a timezone to each field value that is captured.
For example, you may capture the lead’s region on your web form. Leverly can then assign a timezone to each region listed on your form.
Field name = ‘Region’
Field value = ‘Eastern’
Timezone assigned will be EST
- Update your S2L routing schedule hours to a time frame that would universally work for most timezones. We recommend business hours that run from 10 AM – 7 PM Central time, which would ensure that leads in the Pacific timezone don’t receive calls before 8 AM and leads in the Eastern timezone, don’t receive calls after 8 PM.
