Sammy James – CEO, Founder, and Lead Strategist
Sammy is Speak2Leads’s CEO, Founder and Lead Strategist. Boasting a long and impressive track record of innovative entrepreneurship, Sammy’s passion is to position Speak2Leads as the market’s most powerful lead response solution. To this end, he oversees every aspect of the company’s strategic vision, working alongside his cohorts to develop cutting-edge products that help sales teams perform better.
Sammy’s first foray into the lead response world was 20+ years ago, when he began building rewards programs for radio and TV — and in the process helped revolutionize direct response marketing. Since then, he’s held executive roles in numerous technology ventures, including groundbreaking efforts in music recognition, social bookmarking and phone/web ad response.
Sammy has been with Speak2Leads since its inception. He founded MarketingAnd, an award-winning direct marketing agency, and GetStarts, a firm specialized in generating and measuring high-performing education leads. In 2010 the two companies merged, and Speak2Leads was born.
A true engineering visionary, Doug transforms theoretical client desires into tangible realities – and in his spare time ensures that Speak2Leads’ web applications are running smoothly. Armed with a Bachelor’s of Cognitive Science from UCLA and 20+ years in the software industry, Doug has been a technological leader since, well, forever, with passions ranging from product reliability to new customer features, and experience across a diverse range of industries including artificial intelligence (AI) development tools, next-generation operating systems, e-learning solutions and customer management platforms.
Kent Chau – Customer Success Manager
Kent oversees Speak2Leads’ Customer Success team. Kent is a very down to earth guy with no pretense. When you speak to Kent he will give you the straight goods and will use his determination to solve your problems or help you update your configuration. Kent also has a wealth of great ideas to help you improve your process.
Kent grew up in a donut shop so maybe that’s why he does not ‘sugar-coat’ the truth with anyone.
Lisset Zavala – Customer Success
Lisset Zavala is the newest member of our Customer Success team. Lisset also exudes the Speak2Leads culture of being straight with people and doing the ‘thinking’ for our customers. Lisset knows how to find her way through any problem you throw at her. And she does it with a smile on her face.
Lisset grew up in Bakersfield (90% of carrots are grown there) so that could explain why her feet are planted so firmly on the ground.
Kyle Belfort – Customer Success
Kyle Belfort is the newest member of our Customer Success team. A DC transplant with a background in biological research and policy work, he has brought his talents to the private sector. Kyle is a data fiend and leverages his analytical skills and the latest technological developments to help solve your problems and grow your business.
Kyle spends his off time climbing mountains and enjoying the view at the top. Just like working at Speak2leads, it’s why something so rigorous and challenging can be so rewarding and fulfilling.
